Operating Hours: • Activities are operated by PT. Treasure Bay Attractions at Park @ Chill Cove • Park @ Chill Cove operating hours: Daily, 09.00AMam – 9.00pm (Last entry: 5.00pm) • PT. Treasure Bay Attractions may, in its absolute discretion, change the operating hours without prior notice • All activities and packages sold are non-transferable, not for re-sale or exchange and non-refundable, including, but not limited to events outside Treasure Bay Attraction’s control; governmental acts, acts of God, riots, strikes, natural disasters, haze or inclement weather (regardless of severity) • Activities are based on first-come- first-served basis • Activities are subjected to weather conditions, and may be postponed, changed, or cancelled without refund at the sole discretion of Treasure Bay Attractions • Treasure Bay Attractions shall not be liable for any death, injury, damage, loss or inconvenience that may arise from the use of its attractions and activities whether such death, injury, damage, loss or inconvenience is caused by our negligence or otherwise. Treasure Bay Attractions may provide assistance, however such act is not an admission of liability • Children below 6 years old have to be supervised by an adult at all times • Age, height, and weight restrictions apply. Compliance is required for activities that have age, height, and weight restrictions • Failure to follow posted guidelines may result in serious injury or expulsion from Park @ Chill Cove • Receipt must be presented at respective Activities Counters for redemption of activities purchased • Redeemed vouchers are valid for the day of admission only (within Park @ Chill Cove’s regular operating hours). Same day re-entry to Park @ Chill Cove is allowed • All unused and expired vouchers will be forfeited with no refund or exchange • Vouchers will be voided if altered, tempered or damaged • Treasure Bay Attractions reserves the right to amend or add to the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice
