Chill Cove INCLUSIVE Package General Terms & Conditions

Inclusive Package Terms & Conditions:

  • Operating hours: Daily 9am – 6pm.
  • Treasure Bay Bintan may, in its absolute discretion, vary the operation hours without prior notice.
  • All vouchers sold are non-transferable, not for sale or exchange and non-refundable, including, but not limited to events outside Treasure Bay Bintan’s control; governmental acts, acts of God, riots, strikes, natural disasters, haze or inclement weather (regardless of severity).
  • E-Ticket will be void if altered, tampered or damaged.
  • Applicable for admission during regular operating hours. Guests will receive an E-Ticket with QR code upon payment and MUST present E-Ticket at Treasure Bay Bintan Ticketing Counter to redeem.
  • E-Ticket is valid 3 months from date of purchase, whichever is earlier. This term and condition supersede all other terms and conditions, oral or written, and all other communications between the parties suggesting additional or different terms.
  • All unused and expired vouchers will be forfeited, strictly no refund or exchange.
  • Redemption of E-Ticket is good for a one (1) time use only. Upon redemption, E-Ticket is valid till the end of business day
  • Prices and packages are not valid with other promotions.
  • Activities are based on first-come-first-served basis.
  • Activities are subject to weather and tide conditions, and may be cancelled without refund, postponed, or changed at the sole discretion of PT Treasure Bay Attractions
  • Redeemed voucher is based on Inclusive Package 1-Day Pass, 2-Day Pass, and 3-Day Pass
  • Guests have unlimited access to the activities during operating hours, but will be required to requeue at the end of their turn
  • Guest should cater sufficient time to fully enjoy the activities or package purchased
  • Inclusive Packages are based on the number of days stipulated in the purchased pass and cannot be brought forward to the next day
  • Guest will be issued a wristband with the indication of validity period. If the guest loses the wristband, guest will have to present the receipt of purchase for a replacement wristband
  • Please be careful of your safety and belongings at all times, Treasure Bay Bintan shall not be liable for any death, injury, damage, loss or inconvenience that you may suffer arising from your use of our attractions and activities, whether such death, injury, damage, loss or inconvenience is caused by our negligence or otherwise. Treasure Bay Bintan may provide assistance, however, such an act is not an admission of liability.
  • For the safety of your children, please ensure that they are supervised at all times.
  • Age and height restrictions apply.
  • Child below 6 years old has to be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Failure to follow posted guidelines may result in serious injury or expulsion from the attraction.
  • Socks must be worn in Pirates’ Adventure Indoor Playground and not included in the package.
  • Treasure Bay Bintan premises are under surveillance.
  • Treasure Bay Bintan reserves the right to amend or add to the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
