We refer to the announcements dated 29 October 2007, 28 January 2008, 28 April 2008, 28 July 2008, 28 October 2008, 28 January 2009, 28 April 2009, 28 July 2009, 28 October 2009, 28 January 2010, 28 April 2010, 28 July 2010, 28 October 2010 and 28 January 2011 on the Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with China Metallurgical Group Corporation.  All references used herein shall have the same meaning set out in the previous announcements unless otherwise indicated.

The Board of Directors of Landmarks Berhad wishes to announce that BTB and MCC continue to want to work together under the terms of the MOU in relation to the Proposed Development.  In future, when there are further developments on the MOU, the appropriate announcement will be made.
