World-Class Resort Infrastructure
The Master Developer will provide “ready-built
parcels” of development land which comes complete
with basic infrastructure and utility connections. These
plots are fully serviced by all the features and attractions
of Treasure Bay, giving an added advantage for Developers
to package their sale propositions to end-buyers.
This “mall” concept of
building the site into different parcels of “developable”
land allows the investor to fast-track their project,
leaving bureaucratic red-tape and statutory approvals
to the Master Developer.
Land Tenure The land tenure at Treasure Bay is no different
from Indonesian land laws in that investors have the
right to construct and own buildings on land with title
granted for a maximum of 30 years which can be extended
for a subsequent 20 years, with an option to renew to
a further 20 years thereafter.
Site Development Agreement
(SDA) & Design, Development Guidelines (DDG)
The Master Developer and developer/investors will sign
an SDA as part of the sale and purchase agreement. The
terms of the SDA are available upon request at the discretion
of the Master Developer.
Developers are expected to adhere
to the DDG in order for orderly design/construction
management which is consistent with the overall branding
and positioning of Treasure Bay.
Land Pricing
Prices for land parcels are available upon request and
at the discretion of the management.
Indonesian Laws
Information with regards to company incorporation, investment
guidelines and tax issues are available upon request.
