How It Works

  • 3 winning photographs will be picked and announced via @treasurebaybintan.official Instagram Account on 20 February 2018.
  • Winners to DM (direct message) Treasure Bay Bintan via Instagram, no later than 7 working days from winners announcement date, to submit key personal info:
    1. Email Address
    2. Full Name
    3. Date of Birth
    4. ID /Passport No.

Contest Terms and Conditions
 

(A) #chillcovecny Instagram Photo Contest

  1. #chillcovecny Instagram Photo Contest  (“Contest”) is organised by PT Bintan Hotel Utama (“Organiser”) on behalf of Chill Cove @ Treasure Bay Bintan (“Chill Cove”).
  2. The Contest takes place from 16 February 2017, 0900hr WIB to 19 February 2017, 2359hr WIB (“Contest Period”).
  3. Invididuals participating in the Contest (“Participants”) are required to post a photograph taken by themselves of Chill Cove’s Chinese New Year celebration during the Contest Period via their own Instagram account (“Entry”).
  4. 3 winning photographs will be randomly picked and announced via an Instagram post on the Instagram Account of @treasurebaybintan.official.
  5. The Organiser may without notice or liability to any party: (i) Vary the Terms and Conditions or discontinue the Contest; or (ii) Substitute, withdraw or cancel any Prize without disclosing any reason and without any payment or compensation whatsoever.
  6. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By entering this Contest, the Participant agrees to a complete release of Instagram from any or all liability in connection with this Contest.
  7. By entering the Contest, the Participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which shall form a valid and binding agreement between the Participant and the Organiser.
     

(B) Eligibility

  1. Participants must (a) have reached the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of submitting the Entry and (b) be a registered Instagram user and (c) enter in his/her own name. 
  2. Participants may submit as many Entry as they like, as long as the Entry fulfils the terms and conditions set out herein.
  3. Each Participant is eligible to win only ONE Prize throughout the entire duration of this Contest.
  4. Each Participant is solely responsible for ensuring that participating in the Contest is not illegal or prohibited by the laws or regulations of any country relevant or applicable to the Participant.
  5. Employees of the Organiser and its affiliated companies, partners and agencies (temporary and permanent) and members of their immediate family are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
  6. The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute discretion to exclude or disqualify any Participant and/or Winners, and/or Entry from the Contest.
     

(C) Contest Mechanics and Rules

  1. Each Participant is required to submit his/her Entry via posting a photograph taken by themselves of Chill Cove’s Chinese New Year celebration during the Contest Period via their own Instagram account.
  2. Each Entry MUST be tagged with both hashtags: #chillcovecny, and #treasurebaybintan. Other hashtags and captions may be tagged as well.
  3. Any Entry that contains material that the Organiser deems offensive is subject to immediate disqualification and deletion. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
    i. Vulgarities, redacted or in full; or ii. Racist, sexist, and/or other discriminatory content.
  4. By submitting an Entry, the Participant warrants and represents that (a) he/ she owns all rights to the photo as well as the descriptions used in the Entry, (b) the submission is not infringing or in violation of any intellectual property rights or proprietary rights of any third party, (c) the submission is not pornographic, obscene, defamatory, libellous, anti-social, seditious or in any way contrary to public policy in any way or in violation of any applicable laws of Indonesia. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser and their affiliates, agencies, directors, officers and employees, from any third party claims to the contrary.
  5. The Organiser’s decision on all matters concerning the Contest is final and binding. The Organiser is not obliged to enter into any correspondence on any matter concerning the Contest.
     

(D) Winners and Prizes

  1. The 3 Winners will each receive the Prize of 2D1N stay at The Canopi  + SGD $88 worth of credit redeemable activities at Chill Cove @ Treasure Bay Bintan.
  2. The Winners agree that his or her photos may be used by the Organiser for general media and marketing purposes without remuneration.
  3. By participating in this Contest, the Participant agrees to the Organiser publishing his or her name on the @treasurebaybintan.official Instragram Page for the purposes of the Contest.
  4. The Winners will be notified via the winner announcement post (“Notification”) on @treasurebaybintan.official Instragram Account on 20 February 2018.
  5. The Winners will then be asked to submit the following information for verification purposes within 7 working days from the Notification:
    (i) Full name (as in ID Card/Passport) (ii) ID/Passport Number (iii) Date of Birth (iv) Email address.
  6. Any Winner who does not respond with the information as required in the above clause within the stipulated 7 working days from the date of the Notification will forfeit his or her rights to the Prize.
  7. The Winners hereby consent to the Organiser collecting and processing the personal details indicated in (6) for the purpose of administering the Contest.
  8. The Prize voucher will be emailed to the winners and winners are required to present the voucher at point of redemption stipulated to redeem the Prize. Other terms and conditions to the redemption of the Prize may apply.
  9. The Organiser reserves the right to select a reserve Winner to replace any Winner subsequently disqualified.
  10. Prizes are non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item.
  11. By accepting any Prize, the Winners agree to release the Organiser and their affiliates, agencies, directors, officers and employees from any loss or damage arising from their use of Prizes.
