From Singapore

There is a regular air-conditioned ferry service that plies between Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal in Singapore and Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal in Bintan, which is operated by Bintan Resorts Ferries. A one-way trip takes about 60 minutes. Please check in at least an hour before the ferry departs.

From Batam, Indonesia
There are regular speedboat services plying between Telaga Punggur Ferry Terminal in Batam and Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal in Lagoi (Bintan). The journey takes approximately 45 minutes. Special chartered boat arrangements can be made between Nongsa Ferry Terminal (Batam) and Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal in Lagoi (Bintan) as well.

The dry calm season from late March to early November is characterized by clear sunny days and calm pristine waters. While from late November to early March is generally the windier season with passing showers, although one can enjoy sunny weather throughout the day.
